Beda Mrose advises national and international companies and their employees on all aspects of residence and work permit law and related areas. He has many years of extensive experience in commercial law. He worked for more than 20 years in the legal department of a large international corporation, including ten years as Head of Group Function Legal and Integrity. Beda Mrose also has extensive experience in the area of Integrity / Compliance, in particular in the implementation of compliance programs. Beda Mrose also has experience in corporate, commercial and contract law, mergers & acquisitions and transactions, construction projects and claims & project management....
As a former member of the Board of Trustees of a large autonomous collective foundation, he is also interested in current developments in the field of occupational pensions.
