As a Swiss Bar Association certified labour law specialist, she advises Swiss and international businesses, public sector institutions, organizations and private clients on all legal aspects of private and of public sector employment, as well as on related questions in areas such as corporate, social security and criminal law. Further to her work as an attorney, Nicole Vögeli Galli heads the Center for Social Law (Fachstelle für Sozialrecht) at the Institute of Enterprise Law of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and lectures on public personnel law as well as on Swiss and international labour law. She regularly publishes and speaks on these topics and moderates symposia in cooperation with Schulthess FORUM and WEKA Business Media AG. Nicole Vögeli Galli currently holds the position of vice president of the arbitration commission for Swiss federal employees pursuant to the Gender Equality Act and is a member of the Swiss physical therapy association Physioswiss’ national regulatory body.Show less
